是印度最大的五星連鎖，幾年前住過。前台服務一如既往，專業友好迅速，安排了高層安靜的房間。早餐夠豐富，趕上公司會議，人有點兒多。不過不影響大家服務的質量。行李員們非常熱情，還有一個穿禮服的迎賓員記得我。離開時下午的飛機，延遲退房後又在泳池邊待了幾個小時，很愜意。

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and s訂房網站ping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

We enjoyed the ITC amenities, service and food. Special mention to Monica who brought us for the Chola walk within ITC and impressed us about Chola history significance and the effect and impact it had on the structure and foundation of the ITC Hotel, Chennai.

Breakfast is top-notch—you will not find a better one in the area. The hotel's restaurants are also some of the best around. The rooms are spacious and clean. I've traveled to various hotels around the world in my life, and I was very impressed with the ITS Grand Chola. This was my second time staying here, and I plan to come again.

The rooms are dusty, and the staff were rude. Expected some good service but were disappointed. During breakfast, you need to remind the staff multiple times for your order, yet they will ignore

Loved, this hotel, friendly staff. Huge property, variety of breakfast. Spacious rooms. The only thing lacking was a safe and a fridge.

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.
